County, Bloomfield Hills Schools sign park transition pact

Oakland County approved an interlocal agreement with Bloomfield Hills Schools to provide transition services and operational continuity at Discovery Oaks and Bloomfield Oaks from July 1 through December 31, 2026. Under the agreement, the County will reimburse the district for actual operational costs, estimated at $430,000 for the first quarter, while all park revenues flow to Oakland County Parks.
