The County of Wellington plans to approve a lease extension with the Province, brokered through CBRE, for 4,800 square feet at the South Wellington (Rockwood) Operations Centre from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2031. The renewed gross lease will increase to $30 per square foot for the first two years and $32 per square foot for the final three years, maintaining existing terms while adjusting rent.
