Description

The Oneida City School District entered into an intermunicipal agreement with the City of Oneida effective September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 for crossing guard services at the high school and other district locations. The District will reimburse the City 100% of the salary and benefits for the assigned high school crossing guard, not to exceed $31,874.25, paid in four monthly installments. The City will employ and supervise the crossing guards as an independent contractor and maintain required insurance coverage.
