The City Commission approved Resolution 2026-2725 entering into a new five-year Interlocal Agreement with Broward County to share resources and have the County perform technical activities required for the City’s NPDES MS4 stormwater permit. This agreement allows the City to continue discharging stormwater into federal waters such as the Intracoastal Waterway.
