Santa Barbara MTD staff recommend that the Board authorize a Professional Services Agreement with USI Insurance Services LLC to serve as the District’s insurance broker of record on a carrier-commission basis for up to five years beginning July 1, 2026. The agreement includes a three-year base term with a two-year extension option.
