The Carmel Area Wastewater District and Pebble Beach Community Services District settlement requires termination of the Reclamation Management Committee’s legal services agreement with De Lay & Laredo. PBCSD must rescind or cancel the at-will counsel contract within 30 days of the Effective Date and notify all RMC representatives once termination is final.
