EFCTS, Hamilton Local ink IT satellite program pact

Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools and Hamilton Local School District entered into a satellite program unit agreement to operate an Information Technology career and technical education program at Hamilton Township High School for the 2026-2027 school year. Agreement is effective upon approval by both Boards of Education and shall be reviewed and renewed yearly unless a party provides written notice of termination to all other parties on or before January 15 of the preceding school year, in which case it terminates at 11:59 p.m. on June 30 of the next succeeding school year. Either party may also terminate during the initial or any renewal term for specified legal or funding changes, with such termination effective at the conclusion of the semester in which written notice is given.
