The Kenai City Council approved a Memorandum of Agreement with the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities for the Wildwood Drive Pavement Preservation Project. Under the agreement, DOT&PF will handle planning, design, and construction, with the City assuming right-of-way management and maintenance after completion.
