The SAWS Board approved a second amendment to its water supply agreement with Massah Corporation for the purchase of 1,200 acre-feet per year of non-Edwards Aquifer groundwater from the Oliver Ranch Wells for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The amendment continues this supplemental water supply arrangement.
