ETSB to Provide Recorder and 8 Years of Maintenance Support

Glen Carbon approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Madison County Emergency Telephone System Board to receive a PSAP recorder and up to eight years of fully reimbursed maintenance fees from December 2025 through November 2033. The ETSB will cover 100% of the recorder’s maintenance subscription costs, subject to funding and compliance conditions.
