Initial term runs through the FFY 2027–2029 program period and remains in effect until all funds and program income from that period are expended and activities completed. Agreement will renew automatically for participation in one subsequent three-year Urban County qualification period unless either party provides written notice electing not to participate and sends notice to HUD by the deadline on the HUD Urban Counties website. Automatic renewal is void if required HUD amendments are not adopted and submitted.
