Barefoot Bay Property Services engaged for code-mow work

The Barefoot Bay Violations Committee relies on Barefoot Bay Property Services for lot mowing and landscape maintenance when owners fail to comply with deed restrictions, using fixed minimum rates for initial and recurring mows as outlined in Exhibit "A" of Resolution 2015-16. When power washing is required to cure violations, owners are billed the actual contractor’s invoice plus a flat enforcement and administration fee. These services continue on a per-incident basis until each property receives an Order of Compliance.
