The Canaveral Port Authority approved an amendment with Bluepoints International Fisheries, Inc. to terminate the lease earlier on June 30, 2026, and enter a Marina Management Agreement at $13,750 per month through the end of 2026, with a possible extension. Under the new agreement, Bluepoints will continue operating the marina on behalf of the Authority before the redevelopment of Cape Marina.
