Parish plans CEA with Aethon for road improvements

The Natchitoches Parish Council will consider entering into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Aethon United BR LP for the repair and improvement of sections of Bethany Road and Lockes Pond Road. The agreement is intended to enhance public safety and drainage while providing temporary access for Aethon Group’s oil and gas operations.
