The City of Citrus Heights continues to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento on the Sayonara Drive Redevelopment Project, a 26-unit affordable homeownership community with an estimated cost of $8.5 million. PLHA funds from several allocation years are being directed to support predevelopment and construction through October 2027.
