Three (3) years from the date hereof, with option to renew upon written agreement; either party may terminate on 90 days’ notice; 10-day cure period for default before immediate termination

Initial term of three years from execution. Agreement may be renewed upon written agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate for any reason with 90 days’ written notice, or immediately upon uncured default after a 10-day notice-and-cure period.
