TECHNOLOGY

Initial term of sixty (60) months from the date CBTS first invoices Customer for the full amount of the Minimum Commitment Amount; auto-renews for successive 12‑month periods with 5% MRC increase unless terminated with 60 days’ notice

Initial 60‑month term begins when CBTS first invoices the full Minimum Commitment Amount; following the Initial Term, the Service Agreement automatically renews for successive 12‑month Renewal Terms, each with a 5% increase to the then-current monthly recurring fee, unless either party provides 60 days advance written notice before the end of the then-current Term. Early termination by the customer triggers payment of all remaining fees for the Term per Effects of Termination provisions.
