The City of Cortland approved an agreement with Cortland County SPCA, not to exceed $25,000 through December 31, 2026, for humane law enforcement and dog control services. The SPCA will support the Police Department with patrols, seizure and transport of dangerous or injured dogs, and enforcement proceedings under state and local dog control laws.
