Master Contract effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 under Title 5 CCR 3062(a); parties acknowledge any subsequent Master Contract must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027 per Title 5 CCR 3062(d). If negotiations are not agreed to by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for 90 days under Education Code 56366(c)(1); if not finalized after 60 days, either party may appeal to the county superintendent or State Superintendent under Education Code 56366(c)(2) for binding mediation. Neither party is required to renew in subsequent years.
