The Town of Windsor is scheduled to approve a Professional Services Agreement with GHD, Inc. for construction management, inspection, and materials testing on the Old Redwood Highway Pavement Preservation Project, in an amount not to exceed $333,820.00 plus potential amendments up to 20 percent.
