Includes a two-year satisfaction guarantee: if the superintendent’s employment ends or the Board is dissatisfied within two years (excluding acts of God, health issues, or severance-driven departures), Ray and Associates will conduct a new superintendent search at no additional professional fee other than expenses. Any services requested after the search is closed will be billed separately based on mutually agreed terms.
