Moberly approved a cooperative agreement with Rentha, LLC under which Rentha will deed four blighted properties to the City. In exchange, the City will release liens and judgments, assume demolition on designated parcels, and waive abatement and permit fees at 212 South 4th Street to support future redevelopment.
