MAINTENANCE

Initial Minimum Commitment term as defined in Section 1.6, with automatic renewals of 12 months or additional page commitments unless 90‑day non‑renewal notice is given; Early Termination Fee equals remaining Minimum Commitment

Agreement renews automatically for successive 12‑month terms and/or additional page blocks equal to the Minimum Commitment unless the district provides at least 90 days’ written notice of non‑renewal. Upon swap to updated equipment, the term resets to the original Minimum Commitment and the Early Termination Fee increases by 20% if terminated with fewer than 12 months remaining.
