The City of Lynchburg Council approved Ordinance #O-26-001 to sell 1505 and 1517 Jackson Street to Lynchburg Services, LLC for $200,000 for redevelopment as an early learning childcare center. The purchaser plans to invest over $800,000 in renovating the former Opportunity House property to expand childcare services in the Diamond Hill/White Rock neighborhood.
