Air service agreement with SkyWest Airlines amended

Sweetwater County and its municipal co-sponsors amended their cooperative air service agreement with SkyWest Airlines to continue Rock Springs–Denver service through June 30, 2029, with annual not-to-exceed cost limits ranging from about $4.66 million to $5.10 million. WYDOT will pay 60% of airline invoices, while the County and the Cities of Green River and Rock Springs will cover the remaining 40% under specified cost-sharing ratios. The amendment updates block hour rates and maintains a target of two daily round-trips, subject to operational sustainability.
