Initial term as stated on front of agreement; automatically renews for same period unless canceled in writing 90–180 days before expiration

Initial term as specified on the front of the agreement, followed by automatic renewal for successive terms of the same length unless either party provides written non-renewal notice 90–180 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Price increases may occur during the term, and additional employees or products automatically become part of the agreement.

Contract
