The Board authorized the General Manager to execute a $2,192,897 construction contract with PC Construction Company, Inc. for the Windham 510 Pump Upgrades Project at the Sebago Lake Water Treatment Facility. This design-build effort will upsize and replace two vertical turbine pumps and associated piping, valves, and electrical systems.
