District-ESC service agreement for educational programs

$6.50 per student annually credit from ODEW plus actual costs of selected programs and services as invoiced; 5% or 6% administrative fee on all charges

Either July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (one-year option) or July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028 (two-year option)

Agreement term may be chosen as one year (with a 6% administrative fee) or two years (with a 5% administrative fee); withdrawal from programs or services requires written notice by February 1 of the year the agreement expires. Any changes must be made by written amendment executed by both parties and filed with ODEW.
