John Courtney to conduct sewer rate study

The Village typically hires John Courtney for our rate reviews since he is a third party. Also, with us using the American Rescue Plan Act for the influent project, Indian Acres lift station generator and new generator at the wastewater treatment plant we will not need to add these items to our sewer rate review, which will lower the amount of an increase, if needed, in the sewer rates.
