GA landing fee vendor proposal deferred after analysis

In October 2025 Vector Airport Systems proposed an ADS-B-based general aviation landing fee system to Palm Springs International Airport, which staff and the airport’s financial advisor later evaluated. Due to limited net revenue potential and evolving federal legislation, staff recommended deferring any contract with the vendor until after AULA renegotiation and congressional action.
