City engages Future iQ for SAP OKR facilitation

Traverse City is working with Future iQ, represented by consultant David Beurle, to facilitate development of draft Objectives and Key Results linked to the city’s Strategic Action Plan. Future iQ is also meeting with department heads to align operational work with the strategic plan, with refined OKRs to return to the City Commission for adoption.
