The City of Binghamton authorized the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Environmental Design & Research D.P.C. for additional engineering evaluation and final design work on the Terminal Pumping Station, adding up to $422,300.00 to the existing contract. Funding will be drawn from the Terminal Pump Station Project budget line to advance this infrastructure project.
