Initial term of one year commencing on the date monitoring service starts, automatically renewing for successive one-year terms unless canceled by either party with at least 60 days’ written notice before the end of the initial term or any renewal term

Agreement has an original one-year term beginning when monitoring starts and automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party cancels in writing at least 60 days before the end of the initial or any renewal term. Service fees may be increased after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice and the subscriber may cancel if the new fee exceeds 110% of the then-current fee.
