The City of Nashua is authorized to accept $75,000 of an anticipated Housing Opportunity Planning Grant from the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for the purpose of hiring consultants to revise the City's site plan review regulations, subdivision regulations, and develop standard code-compliant accessory dwelling unit (ADU) plans with the primary goal of increasing the supply of housing in the community. The city is also authorized to accept and appropriate an additional $25,000 of unanticipated grant funds of a Housing Opportunity Planning Grant from the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for the same purpose.
