Lander County School District entered into an interlocal contract with Nye County School District to provide regular and special education services to Lander students attending Nye schools on variances for the 2025-2026 school year. Nye County will receive state PCFP funding for enrolled students and will bill Lander County for extraordinary supplementary aids, related services, and ESY costs, under an agreement that renews annually and includes mutual indemnification and termination provisions.
