Draft Agreement Transfers Flock ALPR System to Clyde Hill

As part of a draft interlocal police services agreement, the City of Clyde Hill will assume the Town of Yarrow Point’s Flock automated license plate reader system through a series of transfer and professional services documents. The City would then own, operate, and maintain the system in compliance with applicable state law.
