The Town of Russell adopted Ordinance 2026-04 establishing a 6.5% room tax and authorizing a revenue-sharing agreement with the Bayfield Chamber of Commerce for tourism promotion. A separate agreement, renewable every two years, will define the percentage of tax proceeds remitted to the Chamber each year.
