Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Agreement renews automatically for one-year periods commencing July 1, 2027 and from year to year thereafter unless the IU receives written notice of non-renewal by May 1 immediately preceding the renewal year. Either party may terminate all or part of the agreement with at least 60 days’ written notice.
