Morehead City relied on DRMP, Inc. to perform an updated traffic and intersection analysis for the Spooner’s Cove development at NC 24 and Bryan Street. The engineering study reviewed 2028 No-Build and Build conditions and found the intersection would continue to operate acceptably without requiring developer-funded improvements.
