The Town of Pilot Mountain approved a nine-year Lease and Management Agreement with Armfield Recreation Center, Inc. to operate the Edward M. Armfield Sr. Civic & Recreation Center beginning November 3, 2025, with rent set at $1 annually for the first two years and later adjustments based on net revenues. Under the agreement, ARC will manage programming, pay utilities, and maintain most facilities while the Town retains ownership and responsibility for certain major repairs and equipment financing.
