San Benito CISD plans to enter a Memorandum of Understanding with Region One ESC Texas Reading Academies to provide blended Texas Reading Academy local implementation for 2026–2027 at $12,000 per cohort leader. Region One ESC will serve as the authorized provider while district-employed cohort leaders deliver comprehensive training.
