The Works Committee recommended Council approve a three-year lease extension and amendment with Oshawa Centre Portfolio Inc. for Durham Region Transit’s 470-square-foot office at 419 King Street West, Oshawa, with annual rent of $6,227.50 plus taxes and no further renewal rights beyond April 30, 2029. The Regional Chair and Clerk would be authorized to execute all related documents.
