Stormwater NPDES Interlocal Agreement Extended Through 2031

Largo approved the First Amendment to its interlocal agreement with Pinellas County for the NPDES MS4 Regulatory Program and Surveillance Fee, extending the cost-sharing framework through Fiscal Year 2031. Pinellas County will continue to remit FDEP fees and bill Largo its population-based share without altering existing obligations.
