The Board will consider approving a seasonal agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric for helicopter wildfire suppression services from June 15 to November 15, 2026, with the first two flight hours of County wildfires provided at no cost and additional hours billed at $10,500 per hour. The helicopter will be based at Chico Airport to support local and mutual aid incidents.
