Initial term is August 1, 2026–July 31, 2027. Agreement will be reviewed annually and automatically renews each August 1 for a 12‑month period ending July 31 unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the current term. Either party may also terminate earlier by mutual agreement, upon 30 days’ notice, or immediately for uncured material breach within 30 days after notice.
