PVUSD will consider a two-year pilot MOU with the Pajaro Valley Federation of Teachers to provide voluntary coaching support for interns and teachers on short-term permits or waivers. Volunteer teacher coaches will receive a stipend equal to 4% of Class I Step I per mentee each year during 2024-25 and 2025-26.
