The Paying Agent may resign with 45 days’ written notice, and the County Treasurer-Tax Collector may remove and replace the Paying Agent at any time; a temporary paying agent may be appointed until a successor accepts. The agreement remains in effect until all bonds covered are paid, redeemed, or defeased, with no automatic renewal term stated, but with provision for successor paying agents under Section 6.02.
