Description
Splendora ISD will convey a 0.75-acre parcel adjacent to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant to the City of Splendora. In exchange, the City grants SPLENDORA ISD a $100,000 credit to be applied toward sanitary sewer services for ISD facilities. The agreement lasts until the credit is fully used.
