Initial agreement term runs through June 30, 2023, with members wishing to terminate required to submit written Intent to Terminate to MNW by July 1, 2023. Provisions (except paragraph 11) may be amended or modified by unanimous vote of administrators of all participating parties, and other business by simple majority vote.
