Agreement is ongoing with termination allowed by written notice (by January 15 for the following fall and by September 1 for the following spring). Financial arrangements and operational details may be adjusted annually via a written Appendix, and the parties will review and establish new or amended Dual Enrollment Agreements annually before each school year ends.
